U.S. Embassy staff are coming to Beit Shemesh on Tuesday November 22, 2022.
They will be at the Feigenson synagogue (29 HaNarkis Street) in the Nofei Aviv neighborhood from 9:30am-3pm.
They will be able to process 120 appointments during that time.
Reserve a spot
IN ORDER TO RESERVE A SPOT, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM. Fill it out now as spots fill up quickly.
Waiting list: There will be a waiting list so if people with reserved appointments cannot make it, people on the waiting list will be informed.
Filling out the form does not guarantee an appointment. I will email you to let you know if you are on the list or waiting list.
Appointments cannot be made via phone or email!!! If you have any questions, you can email me and I'll gladly respond.
Services
Here is the list of services the Embassy staff will be providing:
- Lost/stolen passport
- First passport for child
- Passport renewal- child
- Passport renewal- adult
- First 10-year passport for adult (over the age of 16)
- Consular report of birth abroad (CRBA)
- Social security for people over the age of 12
